However, before you let those negative thoughts snowball into more negative thoughts, you have to take a hold of yourself and stop it from snowballing. Remember that bad things happen from time to time but it is up to you on how you will mentally and emotionally handle them. There is nothing wrong in feeling bad about these things but letting your negative thoughts take control of your actions is not advisable. Find the strength to cancel those negative thoughts and look at the brighter side of things.

Building your self-confidence takes time and practice but as long as you constantly make an effort in helping yourself establish it then you will eventually have the confidence that you are looking for.
